We are proud to have patient satisfaction scores in our emergency department at or above the 90th percentile (ED Express Survey). In our ED, our goal is to treat you, not seat you, which has resulted in these high patient satisfaction scores. If you are looking for fast, compassionate emergency care, visit Foothill Regional.
Many of our staff live in the community, which has created a culture of neighbors taking care of neighbors.
We serve a diverse community and have multilingual capability. For non-English-speaking patients, we utilize a live video interpretation system, which provides information about care through on-screen live interpreters and has the capability to communicate in 120 languages, including American Sign Language. If the information is technical, it can be typed on the screen to help ensure patients and their loved ones understand the instructions.
Our facility is fully accredited by The Joint Commission, the nation’s leading accrediting body for hospitals.
